How Percentiles Are Calculated
Your JEE Main Percentile is not the same as your percentage of marks. It's a relative score calculated by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
A percentile score indicates the percentage of candidates who scored equal to or below you in that specific session. The NTA uses a normalization process to fairly compare scores across different exam sessions, which may have varying difficulty levels.
